Yongxing Group Acquires 35-Acre Industrial Land to Build $250M Smart Home Manufacturing Hub

On March 31, Yongxing Group (the parent company of the premium window and door brand DEIOUX) officially acquired a core industrial plot covering 211 mu (approx. 35 acres / 1.5 million sq. ft.). With a total planned investment of over 1.8 billion RMB (approx. $250 million USD), the group will develop the Yongxing Smart Home Manufacturing Base—a fully integrated facility combining R&D, smart manufacturing, warehousing, and interactive showrooms.
1. A Full Industry Chain Closed-Loop
As a strategic move for long-term growth and future capacity, the new base will create a closed-loop supply chain, from raw aluminum profile processing to final product delivery. Powered by Smart Manufacturing 4.0 systems, the facility will serve as the core production hub for DEIOUX Windows and Doors and other home furnishing categories under the group. This hub will work in synergy with the group’s existing factories to form one of Southern China's largest smart home manufacturing clusters.
2. Upgrading Existing Industrial Foundations
While breaking ground on the new site, Yongxing Group continues to optimize its current industrial footprint:
Bangsheng Coating Plant: Continuously refining high-end surface treatment and powder coating processes.
Bojiang Aluminum: Deepening R&D in high-performance aluminum profile extrusion.
DEIOUX Windows & Doors: Fully upgrading to Industry 4.0 equipment, including international leading German CNC production lines and robotic welding systems.
By controlling every stage—from aluminum extrusion and surface treatment to final assembly—the group ensures rigorous quality control and industry-leading delivery efficiency.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Wu Sibing, Chairman of Yongxing Group, stated:
